We apologize in advance as we do not offer refunds. Many of our products cannot be resold once opened for safety and health reasons. We take pride in quality control, most of our items (i.e., tweezers) would have been pre-tested before shipping.
However, we understand that if our products are delivered damaged, please send us a picture to lashmodeyeg@gmail.com with detailed description within 24hrs of opening your order and we can issue a store credit to replace the item. If this deadline is not met, we cannot offer a replacement.
We have a strict no refund policy.
If you are cannot make your lash training because you are sick the day of or have a personal issue, you may reschedule with your educator one time for a fee of $250. No exceptions.
We currently prebook students in 2-5 months in advance so we hope that you understand that seats are very limited and high in demand.
